Ingredients:
Eggs – 2 (boiled)
Tomatoes – 3
Green chilli – 1
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Black salt – ¼ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp (optional)
Method:
- Finely chop tomatoes, chilli, coriander leaves
- Cut eggs into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients well and serve chilled.
