Kabuli Chana Salad

Ingredients:
Kabuli  Chana - 1 cup
Potato - 1
Tomato - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Black  Salt - 1/4 tsp
Lime juice - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp (chopped)


Method:

  • Soak chana overnight and boil in salted water.
  • Boil, peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.
  • Finely chop tomato and green chilli.
  • Mix all the ingredients  and toss well.
  • Serve.
