Apple -Rawa Squares

Ingredients:
Red Apples - 250 gms
Rawa (Semolina) - 1 Cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 Cup
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Condensed Milk- 1/2 cup
Dry Fruits - 2 tbsp (Chopped)


Method:

  • Peel and grate the apples.
  • Dry roast the rawa in kadai on low flame till the aroma comes.
  • Heat ghee in kadai, add grated apple and cook till it becomes soft.
  • Lower the flame and add semolina , milk and cook for few minutes.
  • Add sugar and stir continuously till sugar melts.
  • Add condensed milk, dry fruits and stir till the mixture thickens.
  • Grease the plate with ghee and spread the mixture evenly on the plate.
  • Allow to cool. Keep it in a fridge for 2 hours to set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
