Spicy Corn

Ingredients:
Corn - 2 cups (Fresh or Frozen)
Chilli Paste - 2 tsp (add 1/4 tsp salt to chilli paste)
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp


Method:

  • Heat oil in kadai, add green chilli paste, corn and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water, salt and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
