Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 300 gms
Pepper - 100 gms
Split Bengal Gram - 25 gms
Split red gram - 75 gms
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Red chillies - 25 gms
Turmeric and salt - a pinch
Method:
Coriander seeds - 300 gms

Method:
- Dry all the ingredients in the sun or roast them individually without oil.
- Grind them to make fine powder.
- Store in airtight container and use as required.
