Buttered Corn

Ingredients:
Corn Cobs - 6
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper - 1 tsp
Lime Juice - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Aniseed - 1 tsp

Method:

  • Remove the leaves from the corn and boil it till it is tender.
  • Take out the corn kernels.
  • Heat butter in a pan. Add aniseed and corn kernels to it.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix in chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  • Serve.
