Ingredients:
Corn Cobs - 6
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper - 1 tsp
Lime Juice - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Aniseed - 1 tsp
Method:
Corn Cobs - 6

Method:
- Remove the leaves from the corn and boil it till it is tender.
- Take out the corn kernels.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add aniseed and corn kernels to it.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Serve.
