Ingredients:
Chicken - 100 gms
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Celery leaves - 1/2 cup
Saunf leaves - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1" piece
Garlic - 5 flakes
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Method:
Chicken - 100 gms
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Celery leaves - 1/2 cup
Saunf leaves - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1" piece
Garlic - 5 flakes
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Method:
- Grind all the herbs into a fine paste along with the ginger, garlic and salt.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the above paste for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and stir in the marinated chicken mixture.
- Pressure cook.
- Serve hot with rice or chapati.
