CHINESE TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients:
Thick tomato puree - 2 cups
Shredded meat or chicken - 1 cup (boiled)
Onion - 1(finely chopped)
Water - 1 litre
Soya sauce -1 tbsp
White vinegar - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
MSG - 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Mix together all the ingredients, except the meat, in a sauce pan.
  • Boil on high flame for 10 minutes.
  • Serve immediately in deep bowls, garnished with the meat or chicken.
