Ingredients:

Jackfruit seeds - 25 (meat portion without seeds)
Jaggery - 200 gms
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:

Method:
- Soak rice for 2-3 hours. Drain the water and grind along with the other ingredient to make thick batter.
- Heat oil and drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until brown.
- Serve.
