Papaya - 150 gms
Sugar - 4 tsp
Cardamom powder - a pinch (optional)
Method:

- Peel and puree the papaya.
- Boil the milk and remove from the flame.
- Add sugar and papaya puree and mix well.
- Serve in tall glasses and sprinkle cardamom powder.
