Ingredients:
Maida - 225 gms
Eggs - 4
Sugar - 225 gms (powdered)
Butter - 115 gms
Kishmish - 100 gms
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Method:
Maida - 225 gms
Eggs - 4

Salt - 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Sieve maida, baking soda and salt twice.
- Blend sugar and butter till frothy.
- Separate egg whites and beat till steaks form.
- Mix egg yellows and maida mixture simultaneously to the butter mixture.
- Lastly add kishmish and egg whites; stir well.
- Pour this batter in greased tins and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 F.
- Serve.
