Ingredients:
Poha (Flat beaten rice) - 250 gms
Oil - 1/4 cup
Ground nuts - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Medium sized onion - 1 (finely sliced)
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Green chillies - 4
Ginger - 1/2 tsp (chopped)
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp (chopped)
Juice of half a lime
Method:
Poha (Flat beaten rice) - 250 gms

Ginger - 1/2 tsp (chopped)
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp (chopped)

Method:
- Put the beaten rice into a sieve, pour water over to dampen the poha.
- Heat the oil, fry groundnuts and dal, add onions, cumin and turmeric and fry for a minute.
- Add salt, mix with damp beaten rice, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves. Saute for a while.
- Squeeze lime juice over and serve.
