Ingredients:
Sweet wholemeal biscuits - 150 gms
Butter - 75 gms (melted)
Method:

Method:
- Place biscuits between folded grease proof paper and crush into crumbs with a rolling pin.
- Put into a bowl. Add the melted butter and bind the crumbs together.
- Line bottom and sides of deep pie plate or sandwich cake tin with mixture.
- Leave in a cool place until firm.
- Other sweet biscuit crumbs or ginger biscuits can be used instead of digestive biscuits.
