Ingredients:
Butter - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 (thinly sliced)
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
Salt and pepper
Pork sausages - 4
Long white rolls - 4 (split open)
Method:
Butter - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 (thinly sliced)

Method:
- Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the onion and fry until softened.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and salt and pepper to taste and heat through.
- Meanwhile fry or rill the sausages.
- Place a sausage in each roll and spoon over the onion mixture.
- Serve hot.
