Ingredients:
Smoked salmon - 100 g
Fresh dill - 1/2 cup
Fresh tarragon - 1/4 cup
Capers - 2 tbsp
Eggs - 5
Mascarpone cheese - 150 g
Freshly cracked black pepper
Method:
Smoked salmon - 100 g

Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender until well processed; herbs and salmon should appear minced.
- Pour mixture into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 200 C/350 F for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
