WALDROF SALAD

Ingredients:
Red apple - 400 gms (cored and diced)
Celery - 250 gms
Mayonnaise - 150 gms
Walnuts - 50 gms

Method:

  • Prepare apples, leaving on red skins.
  • Combine immediately with mayonnaise; add celery; chill.
  • At serving time, stir in walnuts and transfer mixture to lettuce cups.
  • Garnish with leafy tips of celery,parsley, or watercress.
