TANDOORI LOBSTER

Ingredients:
Lobster -1
Hung curd - 100 gms
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
red chilli paste - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Lemon juice-  1 tsp
Salt to taste
Salad oil -1 tbsp

Method:

  • Marinate the lobster with remaining ingredients and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Put it on a skewer and cook in tandoor for 5-7 minutes until done.
