OATS SPANISH OMLETTE

Ingredients:
Eggs -4
Quicker oats - 100 gms
Skimmed milk -2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Small onion -1 (chopped)
Capsicum - 1/2 (finely chopped)
Mushrooms -2 (chopped)
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Oil -1 tbsp

Method:

  • Beat eggs, oats, milk, salt and pepper together.
  • Heat the pan with oil,pour the batter and sprinkle capsicum, tomato and onion on top and press gently.
  • Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes then turn carefully.
  • Cook other side and serve hot.
