Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4 (boiled)
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
Mango powder - 1 tsp
Mint chutney - 2-3 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Pomegranate - 4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Potatoes - 4 (boiled)

Method:
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them on a hot griddle, using a little oil till they are red in colour.
- Put the potatoes in a bowl. sprinkle all masalas, add mint chutney and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Garnish with pomegranate.
- Serve hot.
