Ingredients:
Bottle Gourd - 1/4th piece or 250 gms
Tomatoes - 4 no.'s
Green Chilli - 8 to 10
Tamarind juice - 1tbsp
turmeric - 1/4tsp
oil - 1tbsp
garlic cloves - 4
jeera - 1 tsp
salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and cut tomatoes, bottle gourd and chillies into pieces.
- Bottle gourd peels also cut and keep aside.
- Heat the oil and fry green chillies, tomatoes and bottlegourd peels.
- Boil bottlegourd pieces till tender.
- Cool and grind all the ingredients to make chutney.
