Ingredients:
Poha - 1cup
Nutri granules - 1/2cup
Onion - 1 no.
Maida - 2 tbsp
Grated Paneer - 2 tbsp
Garlic, ginger & chilli paste - 1tbsp
Potatoes - 2 no.'s
chilli powder - 1/2tsp
coriander powder - 1tsp
salt to taste
oil for deep fry
Method:
Poha - 1cup

Method:
- Boil and mash the potatoes
- Soak soya granules in hot water for 5 minutes then strain the water.
- Finely chop onion
- Mix poha and other ingredients using very little water if needed
- Mix well and make cutlets.
- Heat oil and fry the cutlets to golden brown
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup
