Date Shake

Ingredients:
Milk - 1 ltr
Fresh dates - 20-25
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Almond and Pista flakes - 1 tsp


Method:

  • Wash dates then cut into pieces and remove seeds
  • Heat milk and bring to boil. Add date pieces and boil for 2 minutes
  • Remove from fire, cover it and keep aside for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  • Put the milk mixture in the blender and make a smooth shake.
  • Add cardamom and churn well, sieve and chill.
  • then pour in tall glasses and add some ice cubes also.
  • Sprinkle almond and pista flakes. You can also serve hot date shake.
