Ingredients:
Dry Red chillies - 3
Tamarind lemon size
Coriander Seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Jaggery - small piece
Salt to taste
Oil - 11/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Method:
Dry Red chillies - 3

Method:
- Heat oil in kadai fry red chillies, curry leaves for 1 minute
- Add coriander seeds, Cumin Seeds and fry for two minutes
- Add Tamarind, Jaggery, Salt and 1 litre water
- Boil them till it becomes half
- Strain the rasam.
- Serve directly or with rice
