Ingredients:
Urad dal - 1 cup
Idli Rawa - 2 cups
Salt to taste

Method:
- Soak dal and Rawa separately for 4-5 hours.
- Wash and remove the skin (gently rub) of dal
- Squeeze the water from rawa
- Grind the dal using sufficient water to fine paste.
- Add rawa and mix well.
- Keep aside for 4 hours for fermentation.
- Add salt before cooking.
- Drop 1 tbsp of batter in Idly plates and keep the plates in Idly cooker.
- Steam cook for 10 minutes in high and 5 minute in low flame.
- Serve hot with ghee and coconut chutney.
