Ingredients:
Sprouted Methi dana -1 cup
Kishmish - 50 gms
Almond flakes - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Sugar - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Cucumber - 1 small
Tomatoes - 2
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Sprouted Methi dana -1 cup

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Cucumber - 1 small

Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Peel and cut cucumber into small pieces.
- Finely chop tomatoes into pieces.
- Boil methi dana in salted water for 5 minutes. Remove from fire, cover and leave for 5 minutes, then drain the water from methi dana
- Mix methi dana, kishmish, almond, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss well.
- Mix chopped tomatoes, cucumber, coriander with salt and pepper.
- Arrange methi dana mixture in the center of a plate and garnish with tomato mixture.
- Serve chilled.
