MUSHROOM OMELETTE

Ingredients:
Eggs - 2
Mushrooms - 3-4
Onion - 1 (small)
Green chilli - 1
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil- 1 tbsp


Method:

  • Boil the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  • Finely chop onion and green chilli.
  • Beat eggs well and add all the chopped vegetables and salt and pepper.
  • Heat the pan and grease the oil, pour the egg batter to make omelette.
  • Fry both sides.
  • Serve immediately.
