Ingredients:
Ragi - 1 cup
Black Gram (Urad dal) - 1 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Salt to taste

Method:
- Soak Soak dal, ragi and rice for 4-5 hours.
- Wash and grind them finely by adding water to make dosa batter.
- Keep aside for overnight for fermentation.
- Add salt as required.
- Heat the pan, grease oil and take one ladle full of batter and spread it round to make dosa.
- Cook both sides.
- Serve hot with tomato, onion chutney.
