Ingredients:
Dry Coconut - 2 cups (grated)
Dry red chillies - 5
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Method:
Dry Coconut - 2 cups (grated)

Method:
- Heat oil add all ingredients except coconut, salt and roast till aroma comes.
- Cool and grind all ingredients with coconut and salt to make powder.
- Store in airtight container.
- Serve with Idli or rice with ghee.
