Paneer Balls

Ingredients:
Paneer - 2 cups
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying


Method:

  • Mash and knead the paneer.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Make small balls.
  • Deep fry in oil till they are golden brown.
  • Place on paper napkin for absorbing excess oil.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
