Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4
Oil/ Butter - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Dried Herbs (Thyme, Oregano) - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Potatoes - 4

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 220 degree C.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
- Place the pieces in a bowl with oil, salt and pepper and dried herbs. Toss to mix well.
- Place the slices in large greased ovenproof dish, spread the slices so that they overlap slightly.
- Bake the slices for about 20 minutes.
