Baked Sliced Potatoes

Potatoes - 4
Oil/ Butter - 3 tbsp 
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper  powder - 1/2 tsp
Dried Herbs (Thyme, Oregano) - 1/2 tsp


  • Preheat the oven to 220 degree C.
  • Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  • Place the pieces in a bowl with oil, salt and pepper and dried herbs. Toss to mix well.
  • Place the slices in large greased ovenproof dish, spread the slices so that they overlap slightly.
  • Bake the slices for about 20 minutes.
