Ingredients:
Paneer – 250 gms
Cashew nuts – 50 gms
Raisins – 25 gms
Green chillies – 4
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½
tsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 100 ms
Oil for frying
Method:
- Chop cashew nuts and green chillies into small pieces.
- Add cashew nuts, raisins, chillies, salt, corn flour, chilli powder, garam masala to mashed paneer.
- Knead it like dough.
- Make long rolls and roll it over bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in kadai, deep fry till they are golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot with tomato ketch up.
