Maida - 3 cups
Sugar - 4 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 4 tsp
Milk to knead the dough


  • Mix sugar and salt to the maida.
  • Mix baking powder to curd and keep aside.
  • Now mix all the ingredients to make soft dough.
  • Knead the dough very well and keep covered for few hours.
  • Divided them into big lemon size balls and roll it them as naans.
  • Make naan in an oven or a gas tandoor.
