Ingredients:
Potato - 200 gms
Poha - 50 gms
Peanuts - 1/2 cup (roasted)
Green chillies - 4
Amchur - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Egg- 1
Oil for frying
Method:
Potato - 200 gms

Method:
- Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Wash poha in a strainer.
- Coarsely grind peanuts. Finely chop green chillies.
- Now mix all ingredients except egg, bread crumbs. Mix well and make into long rolls.
- Dip in beaten egg then roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry them till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
