Sweet Milk Puris

Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Suji - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Oil for frying


  • Warm the milk and add sugar. Stir till sugar dissolves. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  • Make a dough with wheat flour, suji, sweet milk, ghee.
  • Divide them into small portions.
  • Roll out each portion into puri's.
  • Heat oil and fry them till golden colour.
  • Serve hot or warm.
