Pala Atukulu (Flattened rice with Milk)

Ingredients:
Flattened Rice (Atukulu) - 250 gms
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 150 gms
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)

Method:

  • Boil the milk in vessel and remove from fire.
  • Immediately add sugar, flattened rice and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
  • This is good and healthy food for children.
