Senaga Karam for tiffins

Ingredients:
Roasted Channa dal - 2 Cups
Dry Coconut - 1/2
Red chillies - 10
Garlic pod - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
  • Grate the coconut and dry roast red chillies.
  • Now grind all the ingredients to make karam.
  • Store in airtight container.
  • Serve with Idli, Dosa, rice with ghee.
