Ingredients:
Coconut - 1
Green chillies - 6
Curd - 250 ml
Coriander leaves - small piece
Turmeric - a pinch
Curry leaves - few
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli - 1
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
Coconut - 1

Method:
- Whip the curd, add salt, turmeric, chopped chillies, Coriander leaves and mix well
- Grate the coconut and then mix in curd mixture.
- Heat the oil, add red chilli, cumin and mustard seeds and curry leaves. Fry till mustard crackles.
- Pour this over chutney.
