Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups (boiled)
Green Chillies - 2
Coconut - 10 cup (grated)
Cashew Nuts - 10 (fried)
Salt to taste
Red chillies - 2
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
Rice - 2 cups (boiled)

Method:
- Heat oil in kadai, add urad dal, mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.Fry till mustard crackles.
- Add chopped green chillies and grated coconut. Fry a little.
- Stir in boiled rice and salt. Mix well.
- Garnish with cashew nuts and serve.
