Ingredients:
Drumsticks - 12
Red chilli powder - 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Mustard Powder - 50 gms
Salt
Oil as required
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Method:
Drumsticks - 12

Method:
- Wash and dry drumsticks. Cut them into 2" pieces.
- Boil the drumstick pieces till they are half tender. Drain the water completely.
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric, mustard powder and salt and mix well.
- Heat oil, add mustard and fry till mustard crackles.
- Remove from fire and cool the oil.
- Pour this oil on drum stick mixture.
- Transfer to sterilized glass jar.
- Keep the jar directly to sun for 10 days then use it.
