Kurkuri Bhindi (Okra Crispy Fry)

Okra - 500 gms
Gram Flour - 100 gms
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying


  • Wash and pat dry okra.
  • Cut into thin strips. Sprinkle with salt, red chilli powder and mix with gram flour gently.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry okra strips till golden brown and crisp.
  • Sprinkle with chaat masala powder and toss.
  • Serve immediately.
