Mango Rabri

Ingredients:
Alphonso Mango Pulp - 1 cup
Milk - 6 cups
Sugar - 1 cup

Method:

  • Boil the milk till it acquires a granular consistency. 
  • Remove from fire, add  sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • When it is cool add mango pulp and mix well.
  • Transfer to bowl and refrigerate.
  • Serve chilled.
