Masala Noodles

Ingredients:
Noodles - 2 cups (boiled)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Tomatoes - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Curry powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric  - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Heat oil in  a wok. Fry chopped onions.
  • Add all ingredients except noodles.
  • Fry till tomatoes are cooked and soft.
  • Add boiled noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes in high flame.
  • Serve hot.
