Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 2 cups
Flour - 1/2 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup (boiled)
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Ginger and chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Cooked rice - 2 cups

Method:
- Mash cooked rice and green peas slightly.
- Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Wetness of rice and green peas are sufficient to bind the mixture. If need use little water.
- Make balls and flatten them as cutlets.
- Heat oil and fry till golden brown.
- Serve with sauce and chutney.
