Ingredients:
Roasted Channa dal - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 10
Cardamom Powder - a pinch
Method:
Roasted Channa dal - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 10
Cardamom Powder - a pinch
Method:
- Grind channa dal and sugar to make powder.
- Fry cashew nuts in ghee.
- Now heat the ghee, pour the hot ghee over channa dal powder. Add chopped cashew nuts.
- Immediately make round laddus's.
- Cool and store in airtight container.
