Ingredients:
Apples - 2
Sugar - 50 gms
Milk- 500 ml
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Almonds - 10 (blanched)
Saffron - few strands
Rose water - few drops
Method:
Apples - 2
Sugar - 50 gms
Milk- 500 ml
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Almonds - 10 (blanched)

Method:
- Peel, de seed and cut apple into small pieces.
- Now cook apple pieces, sugar in sufficient water till soft.
- Soak saffron in 1/4 cup of milk and bring it to boil remaining milk. Boil till it reduces to half.
- Add mashed apple, cardamom powder, rose water.
- Mix gently and cook for few minutes.
- Lastly add sliced almonds and remove from fire.
- Cool and kept in refrigerator for 2 hours or till chilled.
- Serve.
