Eggs Golden rod

Ingredients:
Boiled eggs - 6
Butter 3 tbsp
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Bread slices - 6 (toasted)

Method:

  • Chop egg whites and sieve yolks.
  • Melt butter in a pan, blend in flour and salt. Add milk and cook till mixture thickens and bubbles.
  • Add the chopped egg whites, cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
  • Now spread the mixture over bread slices.
  • Sprinkle sieve yolks on top and lastly sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Serve.
