Ingredients:
Mango Puree - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 cups
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Dry fruits - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Method:
Mango Puree - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 cups
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Dry fruits - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Method:
- Put mango puree and sugar in thick bottom vessel. Cook in low flame till it becomes thick.
- Stir frequently to avoid sticking.
- Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder,
- Transfer to greased plate.
- Decorate with chopped nuts.
- Cut into squares when it sets.
