Ingredients:
Potatoes - 250 gms
Fenugreek leaves - 1 cup
Flattened Rice - 1 cup
Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Potatoes - 250 gms

Method:
- Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
- Soak the flattened rice for 5 minutes then strain the water completely.
- Now mix all the ingredients well and make small balls.
- Shape them into cutlets.
- Heat the oil and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
