Ingredients:
Kabuli Channa - 2 cups
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchur - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Kabuli Channa - 2 cups
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Method:
- Soak the channa in water overnight. Wash and add baking soda. Mix well and keep aside for 3-4 hours.
- Again wash and dry on towel till dry.
- Heat oil in kadai, Fry handful of channa over medium flame until crisp.
- Fry all the channa in the same way.
- Add all the masalas to the fried channa and toss well.
- Cool and store in a bottle.
