Sprouts Tikka

Ingredients:
Moong Sprouts - 1 cup (boiled)
Mixed vegetables - 1 cup (boiled)
(Potato, carrot, peas and beans)
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Green chilli Paste - 1-2 tsp (as per taste)
Corn flour - 1 tbsp or more 
Oil for frying

Method:

  • Mash boiled vegetables and crush the sprouts.
  • Now mix all the ingredients to make soft dough.
  • Take small portion and shape into flat tikki and fry them in hot oil till golden brown colour.
